Marketing Manager

Title: Marketing Manager
 
Reports To: Sales & Marketing Director
 
Job Purpose:
 
Overall-in-charge for business profitability and growth in the fields of software education and training.  
 
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
  1. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  2. Market and technology research to understand market trend and read market dynamics for favorable positioning of the company’s services.
  3. Formulation of strategy and business planning
  4. Marketing and advertising and promotion planning
  5. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
  6. Work closely with strategic alliances and partners and address issues such as sourcing, cost and market needs
Requirements:
  1. Diploma/Degree in Marketing with min 5 years of relevant experience
  2. Strong business acumen and financial understanding
  3. Creative, resourceful, with strategic thinking skills
  4. Good communication and presentation skills
  5. Able to work independently and as a team
  6. Experience in commercial training schools an advantage
