Title: Marketing Manager
Reports To: Sales & Marketing Director
Job Purpose:
Overall-in-charge for business profitability and growth in the fields of software education and training.
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
- Market and technology research to understand market trend and read market dynamics for favorable positioning of the company’s services.
- Formulation of strategy and business planning
- Marketing and advertising and promotion planning
- Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
- Work closely with strategic alliances and partners and address issues such as sourcing, cost and market needs
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing with min 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong business acumen and financial understanding
- Creative, resourceful, with strategic thinking skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Experience in commercial training schools an advantage
