Technical Trainer

Title: Technical Trainer
 
Reports To: Senior Technical Manager, Marketing Manager
 
Job Purpose:
 
To provide quality software training services that ensures that clients are continually and measurably learning to apply deployed technology in their day-to-day work.
 
 
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
  1. Plan and deliver customized software training, measurement and follow-up as required.
  2. Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training.
  3. Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.
  4. Carry out administrative tasks, such as maintaining client and student records, arranging timetables and completing other forms.
  5. Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc, as required.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma/Degree in any Technical/Engineering Discipline
  2. Possess strong training skills and able to interact with all levels of staff
  3. Proficiency in embedded system firmware programming and driver programming with C and assembler languages a must.
  4. Focus on identifying and addressing clients' needs
  5. Able to act with initiative, tact and maturity
  6. Patience in dealing with people of differing abilities and backgrounds
  7. Experience preferred
