Customer Service Coordinator

Title: Customer Service Coordinator
 
Reports To: Product Manager
 
Job Purpose:
 
To provide support services for sales department.
 
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
  1. Involve in planning, scheduling, inventory management and expediting of orders
  2. Evaluate supply capabilities and resolve potential issues
  3. Generate purchase order and all order processing documents
  4. Supporting Sales in managing day-to-day operations
  5. Ensure order fulfillment process smoothly
  6. Responsible for handling of customer enquiries and feedback
Requirements:
  1. O/A level and above. Those with electronics background a definite advantage.
  2. Able to communicate and work with all levels.
  3. Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  4. Computer-literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  5. 1 to 2 years experience preferred.
