Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Reports To: Product Manager
Job Purpose:
To provide support services for sales department.
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Involve in planning, scheduling, inventory management and expediting of orders
- Evaluate supply capabilities and resolve potential issues
- Generate purchase order and all order processing documents
- Supporting Sales in managing day-to-day operations
- Ensure order fulfillment process smoothly
- Responsible for handling of customer enquiries and feedback
Requirements:
- O/A level and above. Those with electronics background a definite advantage.
- Able to communicate and work with all levels.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Computer-literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- 1 to 2 years experience preferred.
