Sales Engineer

Title: Sales Engineer
 
Reports To: Sales & Marketing Director
 
Job Purpose:
 
Accountable for business profitability and growth in the fields of software sales and education.
 
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
 
  • Perform full sales function, including pre-sales activities, preparing quotations and responding to tenders, presentations, contract negotiation, gathering market intelligence as well as handling post-sales 
  • Provides constant feedback and working closely with the Sales & Marketing director on the requirements of the local partners in Asean region so as to provide the best fit solution (Sales training, Technical training/demo and Marketing incentivies) to support the growth of our software related businesses.
  • Work closely with product and technical teams to develop solutions based on client requirements
  • Achieve revenue & customer satisfaction targets as outlined.
  • Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
Requirements:
 
  • Diploma/Degree in any IT/Engineering/Business/Sales & Marketing related discipline (those without qualifications but with relevant experience may be considered)
  • Able to work independently and results-oriented
  • Highly independent and resourceful team player
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (Putonghua)
  • Willing to travel to PRC, and other Asean countries
  • Knowledge of QNX/VXWorks/Linux/IBM Rational and Coverity Software a definite advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
